Antly One is made by Byte Cognetics. Delete your account here without the app, or in the app under More → Account → Delete account.
How it works
1. Enter your phone number
The number you sign in to Antly One with.
2. Enter the code we text you
It proves the number is yours.
3. You are signed out everywhere at once
Your account is deleted 30 days later. Sign in again before then to keep it.
What is deleted
Your phone number, name, email, photo and PIN, and your access to every business you are in.
What is kept, and for how long
Sales and money records
Each business keeps its sales, payments, receipts and stock records for 6 years, as the law requires. Your name stays on the sales and work you recorded.
Businesses you own
If another owner signs in, they become the main owner. If you own it alone, it closes and everyone in it loses access; its records are kept for 6 years, then deleted.
Your details as staff
Next of kin, guarantors and documents a business keeps about you belong to that business. Ask its owner to remove them.
